Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following disciplines offered in various research areas for 2014.
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Computer Science and Engineering
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Electronics Engineering
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Mechanical Engineering
Eligibility Conditions
- Candidates with a master’s degree in Engineering/Technology (ME/M.Tech/M Des) with a good academic record or a Master of Science (MS) degree by research in Engineering/Technology with a good academic record can apply.
- Candidates who have qualified for the award of bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology with exceptionally good academic record in an eligible 4 discipline will be considered.

- A demand draft for Rs.250 (Rs.125 in the case of SC/ST/PD/female candidates) drawn in favor of “The Registrar, IIITD&M Kancheepuram” payable at Chennai.
