Advance Training Institute Notification for admission to Advanced Vocational Training System Courses 2014 released

Advance Training Institute, Gill Road Ludhiana invites applications for Advanced Vocational Training System to be conducted from Apr 2014 to Sep  2014. Under Advanced Vocational Training Scheme (AVTS), the short-term training courses are offered for industrial workers.

Course Offered are: 

1. Tool & Die Making
2. Tool Room Operator
3. Metrology & Engineering inspection
4. Machine Tool Maintenance
5. Advanced Welding
6. Material Testing course
7. Indian STANDARDS & Reading of Engineering Drawing
8. Heat Engine
9. Advanced Electronic Maintenance
10. Electrical Maintenance
11. Hi-Tech Courses
12. Agriculture Machinery
13. Media resource Centre

Note:

1. Intake Capacity varies for each programme: From 6 to 10
2. Duration of each course varies ranging:  from  1 week to 3
3. For Tailor Made Courses the fees will be double of the normal Courses

Eligibility Conditions

Degree or Diploma in relevant Trade OR

National Trade Certificate/National Apprenticeship Certificate with 2 to 3 years relevant trade experience.

Qualifications can be relaxed for candidates having relevant experience in concerned trade depending upon availability of seats.

Fee Structure

Tuition fee for trainees deputed by:-

1. Government Organization : Rs. 650/- per week per trainee                            
2. Small Scale Industry/Private Candidate: Rs. 350/- per week per trainee
3. Large and Medium Scale Industry: Rs. 1250/-per week per trainee
