National Dairy Research institute (NDRI), Kalyani Invites Applications for Admission into Diploma Programme

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Diploma in Animal Husbandry& Dairying Programme. Candidates who wish to take up this course need to appear for the Entrance Examination which will be held on 18^th Jun, 2014.

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates having passed their 10th Standard or equivalent examination from recognized board are eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination.
  
  
• The candidates due to appear for the final qualifying examination in 2014 may also apply, provided the results will be available on or before 21^st Jul, 2014 (date of First Counselling).
  
  
• The candidates must have secured at least 50% marks for General and OBC and 40% SC/ST and Physically, Handicapped categories in the qualifying examination.
  
  
• Minimum age limit for candidates shall be 15 years as on 31-07-2014 and the maximum age limit shall be 21 years.

  by hand (10^th Apr, 2014 to 12^th May, 2014) or by post from 10^th Apr, 2014 to 9^th May, 2014 by sending a Demand Draft for Rs.600 drawn at any nationalized bank in favour of “ERS of NDRI” payable at Kalyani along with a request stating the following information:
  
  Name of the Candidate (in capital letters)
  Full Postal Address with PIN code and Contact Number
  Details of Demand Draft
  Cheque/Postal Order/money order is not acceptable
