Hindustan University announces admission to undergraduate B.Tech and B. Arch programmes for the academic year starting 2014.

Hindustan University, one of the most sought after University in Tamil Nadu, announces admission to undergraduate B.Tech and B. Arch programmes for the academic year starting 2014. The University comes under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 with the name Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS) in the year 2008.

This year altogether 35 specialised B. Tech courses will be offered with specializations in a wide range of engineering and technology programmes. These specializations will improve the placement opportunities in areas of recent advances and there are plenty of avenues emerging for placement and research. This innovation is the first in the country and is being offered with the view of preparing industry-ready students by the end of their study programme.

Some of the key specializations programmes in Hindustan university are, Aeronautical Engineering with specialization in Avionics, Automobile Engineering with specialization in Autotronics, Automobile engineering with specialization in Motor Sports Engineering in addition to specializations across streams including Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, & Manufacturing Engineering to name a few.
