U. N. Mehta Institute of Cardiology & Research Centre Affiliated to B. J. Medical College, Ahmedabad invites applications from eligible candidates for Two Vacant Seats after Gujarat University Counseling of DM-Cardiac Anesthesia programme for 2014-15.
Eligibility Conditions
- Accompaniments (List of Documents) Attested By Gazetted Officer
- Mark sheet of MD / MS course or equivalent course examination.
- Attempt certificate of MD/MS Course or equivalent course examination.
- Passing certificate of MD/MS Course or equivalent course examination.
- Certificate regarding MCI reorganization of MD/MS course from competent authority of concerned college/Institutes.
- Birth Certificate / School Leaving / Indian Passport for date of birth & Citizenship.
- Permanent Registration MBBS / Additional Registration MD/MS
- No Objection Certificate from the Institute / College for the candidate who is presently doing Job anywhere.
- Two Self – address envelope with postage stamp & required photographs pasted on Form.
