Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad Invites Applications for Admission into M.Sc. (Nursing)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into its M.Sc. Nursing programme (for women only) for 2014.

Eligibility Conditions

• The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
  
  
• The minimum education requirements shall be the passing of: B.Sc.Nursing /B.Sc. Hons. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
  
  
• The candidate should have undergone in B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Hons. Nursing /Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing in an institution which is recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
  
  
• Minimum one year of work experience after basic B.Sc. Nursing.
  
  
• Minimum one year of work experience prior or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
  
  
• Candidate shall be medically fit.
  
  
• 5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST candidates.

How to apply

• The application form can be downloaded from official website and a demand draft for Rs.1, 100/- (Rupees one thousand and one hundred only) drawn in favour of the Director, Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences and dated between 16th sep, 2014 to 30th sep, 2014 or a NIMS cash receipt for the same amount will have to be submitted simultaneously along with the filled-in application.
