XLRI Jamshedpur notification for Fellow Programme in Management-2015 released

Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, has started registration for admission to Executive-Fellow Programmes in Management(FPM).

XLRI offers FPM in Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing, Production, Operations & Decision Sciences, Organizational Behavior, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management and Strategic Management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Aspiring candidates should have the following qualifications:

An MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) or equivalent or GMP/PGPX or One Year fulltime residential program in Management (with 60% marks), preference will be given to the candidates from Premier B-Schools.

He/she should be currently employed in a full-time job.

He/she should have at least 5 years of full-time executive/managerial/ teaching / research experience as on March 31, 2015.

How to Apply:

Candidates can apply online using the XLRI website. An online payment of Rs. 2000/- has to be made as application fees, which is non-refundable.

Selection Procedure:

The Call Letters for interviews (in March / April) will be sent as per their recommendations by FPM Committee. Short listed candidates will be required to appear for a personal interview during March-April 2014 at XLRI, Jamshedpur for the final selection.
