Central Bank of India, Mumbai Invites Applications for Probationary Officers Recruitment 2012

Applications are invited from qualified and eligible candidates for various posts of probationary officers against 1000 vacancies. The recruitment is to be done for a probation period of 2 years of active service from the date of joining.

• Candidates’ selection will be made on the basis of personal interview, scheduled to be held on 1^st July, 2012 (tentative).

Eligibility Conditions 

• Should have obtained Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Govt. of India
  
  
• Should have qualified in the Common Written Examination, conducted by IBPS and must possess a valid score card issued by IBPS
  
  
• Should have completed a course in Computer Awareness & Office Automation of at least 60 hours of duration from a reputed Computer Training Institute 

Required Age

• Candidates should be between 20-30 years as on  1^st July, 2012. (age relaxation as per the rules of Govt. apply)

• Rs.50 (SC / ST / PWD Candidates) 

How to Apply

• Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can apply online by following the official link of Central Bank of India: https://www.centralbankofindia.co.in/
  
  
• The online application form will be made available from  11^th May, 2012 till  25^th May, 2012.
  
  
• Before applying online, candidates should download the ‘RECRUITMENT APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT CHALLAN’ (available on the official link of the Bank: https://www.centralbankofindia.co.in/upload/Final%20Adv.pdf) and fill in all the details carefully.
  
  
• Thereafter, one can pay the non-refundable application fees of Rs.250 (for General & OBC candidates) or Rs.50 (incase SC/ST/PWD candidates) at any Central Bank of India branch across India.
  
  
• Candidates must obtain the Applicant’s Counterfoil Copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly receipted by the Bank along with requisite details like Branch Name, 3 to 10 digit Transaction ID and date of deposit, filled in by the Branch Official.
