Candidates’ selection will be made on the basis of their IBPS CWE Specialist Officers 2012 Score Card and Personal Interview for the posts of Specialist Officers. For the posts of Chartered Accountants and Chief Information Security Officer, candidates will be selected on the basis of personal interview. The interview schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter.

Eligibility Conditions

For IT Officers (Generalist cadre) (JMGS I)

BE / B Tech Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation or Electronics with Computer Science as one of the subjects or MCS / MCA or B Sc Degree in IT / BCA Degree from a recognized University / Institute
Or
MCA / M Sc Degree in Computer Science / IT or Post Graduate in Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Computer Science / IT from a recognized University / Institute
Or
Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University and has passed DOEACC `B’ level from a reputed Institute
Should have valid IBPS Score card of CWE for Specialist Officer - 2012

For Agriculture Field Officers (Generalist cadre) (JMGS I)

Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or allied specializations such as Horticulture / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Dairy Science / Agriculture Engineering / Fishery Science / Pisciculture / Agriculture Marketing & Cooperation from a recognized University / Institute
Should have valid IBPS Score card of CWE for Specialist Officer – 2012
Candidates, who have good knowledge of Computer Applications, will be preferred.

For Official Language Officers (JMGS I)

Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject in degree level or Master’s Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as a subject in degree level from a recognized University / Institute
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Translation in a reputed organization is desirable.
Should have valid IBPS Score card of CWE for Specialist Officer – 2012
Candidates, who have good knowledge of Computer Applications, will be preferred.

For Technical Officers (Civil / Electrical) (JMGS I)

BE / B Tech Degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
Should have valid IBPS Score card of CWE for Specialist Officer – 2012
Candidates, who have good knowledge of Computer Applications, will be preferred.

For Chartered Accountants (MMGS III)

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University
Passed final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Private / Public Sector / Foreign / Reputed Investment Bank, preferably in Processing Corporate Proposals

For Chartered Accountants (MMGS I)

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University
Passed final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Banking / FIs, specially in Project Appraisal / Risk Management / Treasury / Foreign Exchange / Merchant Banking etc.

For Assistant General Manager (IT) as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) (SMGS V)

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or IT / MCA from a recognized University / Institute with Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) / CISSP Certification of ISACA
Or
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with Diploma in Computer Application and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)/ CISSP certification of ISACA
Should have working experience in managing Information Security System Devices
Should have exposure to formulate and implement Information Security Policies and Procedures
Minimum 10 years of working experience in IT field, out of which 3 years of experience should be in Information Security Domain.

Required Age

21-30 years: Specialist Officers
35 years: Chartered Accountants (MMGS III)
32 years: Chartered Accountants (MMGS I)
45 years: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) (SMGS V)

Online registration began from 1^st Jun, 2012 and will close on 15^th Jun, 2012.
Before filling the online application form, candidates have to pay a fee amount of Rs.200 / Rs.50, through Challan / NEFT, in any branch of Punjab & Sind Bank in the CBS Account No. 06061100068292 with Rajendra Place, New Delhi -110008 Branch, in the Name & Style of PSB SO RECRUITMENT PROJECT 2012 -13.
Fees payment began from 1^st Jun, 2012 and will close on 15^th Jun, 2012. After payment of the fees, the bank will generate a Candidate’s Challan Copy / NEFT Receipt with information of Transaction ID, Scroll No. / NEFT UTR No., Branch Name & BIC No., and Date of Deposit & Amount, which candidates are required to fill in the online application form for its completion.
After successful submission of the application form, the system will generate a Registration Number and Password, which candidates should keep with them for future reference.
After submitting the application form, candidates should take a printout of the filled-in application form, as it will have to be submitted at the time of interview along with the fee payment Challan copy / NEFT receipt and attested copies of all relevant certificates.

For Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Before filling the online application form, candidates have to pay a fee amount of Rs.200 / Rs.50, through Challan / NEFT, in any branch of Punjab & Sind Bank in the CBS Account No. 06061100068292 with Rajendra Place, New Delhi - 110008 Branch, in the Name & Style of PSB SO RECRUITMENT PROJECT 2012-13.
Fees payment began from 1^st Jun, 2012 and will close on 15^th Jun, 2012. After payment of the fees, the bank will generate a Candidate’s Challan Copy / NEFT Receipt with information of Transaction ID, Scroll No. / NEFT UTR No., Branch Name & BIC No., and Date of Deposit & Amount, which candidates are required send along with the application form, for the further processes.
