Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Mumbai Invites Applications for Recruitment 2012 for Manager-Technical (Civil / Electrical)

Applications are invited from talented and qualified candidates for the following posts:

• Manager-Technical (Civil)
• Manager-Technical (Electrical)

 Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the Written Examination (WE) and Interview. The written examination will be held in the month of November / December 2012. 

• Written Examination will be conducted at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna and Thiruvananthapuram centers. Examination Centre and address will be mentioned in the candidates’ admit card.

Eligibility Conditions 

For Manager-Technical (Civil)

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent qualification with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Specialization in Structural Design, Public Health Engineering, Soil Mechanics & Foundation Engineering is desirable.
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of work experience on the position of Asst. Engineer, in a public / private limited organization including Hospitals / Banks / financial institutions / Planning / Designing / Construction / Large Office Buildings / Multistoried Buildings / Housing Companies / Residential campus based education institutions including preparation and evaluation of tender papers

For Manager-Technical (Electrical)

• BE / B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have Elective / Course papers in Power Electronics / Programmable Logic Controllers / Electronic Measurements / Communication Theory
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of work experience on the position of Asst Engineer, in a public / private limited organizations including Hospitals / Banks / Financial Institutions / Residential campus based educational Institutions in Planning / Designing / Execution of internal and external electrical installation work, large central air-conditioning plant, lift, communication systems and other associated services involved in large, multi storey building projects including preparation, scrutiny and evaluation of tenders

Required Age

• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.
• Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PH candidates provided as per government norms

• For paying the application fee, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs.100, drawn in favor of Reserve Bank of India, payable at Mumbai or crossed Indian Postal Orders (IPO), drawn in favor of Reserve Bank of India, payable at GPO Mumbai.
  
  
• Candidates should mention their Unique Receipt No., Name and Address on the reverse side of the DD or space provided in the IPO.
  
  
• After successful submission of the application form, the system will generate a Unique Registration No., printed on the application form, which candidates should keep it as future reference as well as it will help to take print-out of the online application form.
  
  
• Printed Online Application Form with affixed passport-size photograph & duly signed, along with the DD / IPO, should be submitted to:
