IIT JEE Advanced Results 2014 declared today

IIT JEE Advanced 2014 results have been declared online. Candidates can view their results by entering their JEE (Advanced) 2014 Roll Number and date of birth on the official website  ie. http://jeeadv.iitd.ac.in/

The online choice filling option for various courses at the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and ISM Dhanbad begins from20th Jun, 2014 and will continue till 24^th Jun,.

Candidates securing All India Ranks and securing above minimal position on the combined Merit List will be eligible for the online seat choice filling process.

Architecture aspirants having cleared the JEE Advanced exam will be required to attempt the Architecture Aptitude Test which will be conducted on June 26, 2014.

The first round of seat allocation results will be declared on July 1, 2014.

A total of 9,784 seats are available across the 16 IITs and ISM Dhanbad. The institute wise distribution of seats are as follows

2. IIT BOMBAY: 880 seats
3. IIT MANDI: 120 seats
4. IIT DELHI: 851 seats
5. IIT INDORE: 120 seats
6. IIT KHARAGPUR: 1341 seats
7. IIT HYDERABAD: 220 seats
8. IIT JODHPUR: 160 seats
9. IIT KANPUR: 827 seats
10. IIT MADRAS: 838 seats
11. IIT GANDHINAGAR: 150 seats
12. IIT PATNA: 200 seats
13. IIT ROORKEE: 1065 seats
14. IIT ROPAR: 120 seats
15. IIT (BHU) Varanasi: 1090 seats
16. IIT GUWAHATI: 660 seats
17. ISM DHANBAD: 962 seats

The Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Advanced 2014 was conducted by the seven zonal IITs on 25^th May, 2014 for admission to undergraduate engineering and architecture courses at the premier engineering institutes of the country: the Indian Institutes of Technology and ISM Dhanbad. Only the top 1.5 lakh rank holders of the JEE Mains examination are eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced examination.
