GATE 2015 last date extended to Oct 14.

The last date for GATE 2015 has been extended to Oct 14. Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) will be conducted in the months of January and February, next year.

GATE for all the 22 papers will be conducted by an Online Computer Based Test (CBT).

GATE 2015 examinations will be held during forenoon and afternoon sessions on alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday) between January 31, 2015 and February 14, 2015.

GATE 2015 score is valid for a period of three years from the date of announcement of the results.

The exam is conducted by by the Indian Institute of Science and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras and IIT Roorkee) on behalf of the National Coordination Board - GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), and Government of India.
