CBSE declared the result of Class 10th for 2014

CBSE follows the Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA ) system for grading its students in secondary level under the newly introduced scheme of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation in its schools in a phased manner.

Around 7.29 lakh students appeared for the School Based exams and 5.96 lakh students appearing for the external Board exams. The number of students appearing for the CBSE Class 10 exams has increased by 5.5 per cent

CBSE declared the results for Class 10 exams 2014 for students from Chennai and Trivandrum region one day earlier, on May 19, 2014 late evening unexpectedly.
