B.A. Urdu or Bachelor of Arts in Urdu is an undergraduate Urdu language course. Urdu covers the areas regarding Urdu literature: society, poetry, prose, drama, novels, grammar, etc. B.A. Urdu is three years degree course and The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Gujarat is providing in two years in the context of B.A. in Urdu and a one-year duration for Additional Urdu. Time duration may be different from language to language. It may be provided on a part-time basis by certain institutes. The graduation with the Urdu language is a valuable degree in India as the Muslim population is scattered throughout the country. Graduates can work with Urdu media, press, papers and the like careers.
