BA Women’s Studies or Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies is a three-year Under-Graduate program. Women's Studies investigates current and historical issues affecting women's lives from an economic, political, social, and cultural standpoint, with a focus on how race, ethnicity, class, and sexual orientation have shaped their experiences. Every year, a basic course in Women's Studies is offered, along with a wide choice of Women's Studies designated, disciplinary-located electives. This provides students with a foundational understanding of the topics, concepts, and theories of Women's Studies while also allowing them to participate in disciplinary work in the humanities and social sciences influenced by Women's Studies concerns.
