Bachelor of Commerce in Commercial Law or B.Com. (Commercial Law) is a three year undergraduate programme. Commercial Law (also referred to as Business Law) covers most aspects and transactions of the business spectrum, including management and operations, accounting, bookkeeping and financing, bankruptcy, contracts, sales, marketing and commerce, buying and selling business entities and their components, labor relations, and taxes. Specified legal areas have developed that are types of commercial or business law. They include Banking, Bankruptcy, Consumer Credit, Contracts, Debtor and Creditor, Landlord-Tenant, Mortgages, Negotiable Instruments, Real Estate Transactions, Sales and Secured Transactions.
