B.Com. (Elements of Cost and Management Accounting) or Bachelor of Commerce in Elements of Cost and Management Accounting is a three year graduate programme. Course covers the study of principles of accounting, financial planning and economic theory to establish the budget and actual cost of operations, processes, departments or products and the analysis of variances, profitability or social use of funds to support decision-making in order to cut company's costs and improve profitability. Itis a degree program in which, apart from a general course study in Commerce, the primary focus is on the systematic study of the concepts in the specialized subjects and topics related to the fields of Cost & Management Accounting which consists of the ways and procedures of translating the supply chain (i.e. the total cost of producing a product) into financial values.
