B.E (Dairy Technology) or Bachelor of Engineering in Dairy Technology is a four-year Under-Graduate engineering course. The Dairy Technology course equips students to learn all aspects of the processing and manufacturing of dairy products. The Dairy Technology program involves students in the production, processing, and quality control of dairy-related products. It also focuses on new methods that are discovered to manufacture different milk by-products such as cheese, ice creams, etc using scientific technology and engineering machinery and tools.

B.E (Dairy Technology) Eligibility

  • Candidates must have cleared their 10+2 level examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects from a recognized Board.
  • The students should have secured at least 55% aggregate marks or equivalent at their Intermediate level.
  • Candidates having a three-year Diploma in the related field from a recognized university are eligible to apply for Lateral Entry admissions.
