Diploma in Radiological Technology (DRT) is a postgraduate Diploma Radiography course. This is a unique professional diploma course combining various aspects of radio diagnostic technology and Medical Imaging. This is a nationally accredited two-year diploma program. They will get training in the use of radiographic equipment, learn how to position patients to get the best images and learn to critique images. Students develop knowledge and skills such as anatomy and physiology, examination techniques, patient care, professionalism, radiation safety and protection and x-ray equipment.   • Candidates should have passed the higher secondary examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala, or examinations recognizes equivalent thereto, with 40% marks in physics chemistry and biology put together are eligible, relaxation of 5% marks will be allowed to SC/ST candidates.
