Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a Doctoral level Management course. This program has a two-fold objective enabling the participants to master the relevant methodological tools of management research on the one hand and the advancement of the current body of management knowledge on the other one. FPM also offers specialization in various areas of management. The duration of it is four years. The program comprises two phases. The first phase consists of course-work involving Fellow program level courses followed by a comprehensive qualifying examination. The second one consists of Thesis work involving preparation of a Thesis proposal, conducting research stated in the proposal, Thesis development and its examination.

Fellow Programme in Management Eligibility

Post-Graduate degree or equivalent in any discipline (including M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., M.B.A., M.C.A., M.Tech.) with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Professional qualifications of CA, ICWA and CS with at least 50% marks or equivalent.
Professional qualifications such as MBBS and LLB with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Engineering degrees, viz., B.Tech. and B.E., with at least 60% marks or equivalent
