M.A. Human Resource Management or Master of Arts in Human Resource Management is a postgraduate Management course. Human Resource Management covers the subject Human Resource Management. Human Resource Management is the management of an organization's employees. While human resource management is sometimes referred to as a "soft" management skill, effective practice within an organization requires a strategic focus to ensure that people resources can facilitate the achievement of organizational goals. The duration of M.A. in Human Resource Management is mostly of two academic years but it may vary from institute to institute. The syllabus of the course is divided into four semesters.
