M.A (Human Rights) or Master of Arts in Human Rights is a Post-Graduate Human Rights course. The Human Rights program strives to produce graduates who can apply their understanding of human rights to their different fields of employment, whether they be academics, policymakers, or activists. Students will learn to acquire knowledge autonomously, a skill required for academic success and the promotion of human rights in society, while also benefiting from the interactive teaching method.

The Master of Arts in Human Rights program assists students in developing strong practical and theoretical understandings of human rights legislation, politics, and philosophy at the national, regional, and international levels. In the modern world, human rights have become one of the markers for gauging good governance, development, and democracy across systems and countries. Human rights are rights that all people have, regardless of their nationality, location of residence, caste, class, sex, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, language, or any other status. The Master of Arts in Human Rights degree program lasts two years and is divided into four semesters.
