Master of Arts in Local Governance or M.A. (Local Governance) is two year full time post graduate programe. Course provides the student with a thorough study of the methods, leadership structure, and impact of local governance practices. Students will get opportunities to study and examine, both in theory and in practice, traditional forms of local governance and the way grassroots polices affect change within the context of their communities.
Master of Arts in Local Governance Eligibility
- A bachelor’s degree with minimum of 45 % marks in any discipline from a recognized university. Preference will be given to graduates in Social Sciences, English Lietrature, Management & Sciences. Candidates whose final year results are awaited can also apply.
- Some reputed colleges and institutes do conduct entrance examination to get admission to their M.A. (Local Governance) degree course.
