M.Tech. Advanced Computing or Master of Technology Advanced Computing is a two year post graduate programme. Advanced computing is a broad term used to describe either a specific type of high-end computer and the processes undertaken on it, or a set of skills used on personal computers.  The programme provides the students with fundamental conceptual tools for the modelling, design and analysis of advanced computing systems, with further specialisation in one of its four focus areas: computational logic, computational complexity, cryptology, and distributed computation. This programme has been designed to extend undergraduate computing skills with up-to-date and in-depth expertise in specialist areas of Computing including internet telephony systems, mobile phone applications, web services, computer games technologies, and computer security and forensics approaches.Programme covers algorithmic concepts, data structures and practical techniques and implementation skills for solving advanced computational problems.
