M.Tech. Digital Electronics or Master of Technology in Digital Electronics is a postgraduate Electronics programme. Course gives an overview about the usage of hardware languages in design and implementation. It covers topics such as current flow in semiconductor devices, electromagnetism, analogue circuits and linear control theory to enable you to understand the operation of simple electrical machines and electronic communications systems. The duration of the course is two years and it is career orienting in nature that opens many fields after its successful completion.
