M.Tech Electronics or Master of Technology in Electronics is a two-year Post-Graduate Electronics and Communication Engineering course. Electronics has a major role in improving productivity in industries like oil, energy, agriculture and so many other important sectors of the economy. In the steel, petroleum, and chemical industries, it is the electronic devices that direct, control, and test production processes. The program in Electronics aims to impart expert knowledge in electronics engineering with a special focus on the design, analysis, and manufacturing of electronic devices and components, integrated circuits, wireless devices, and digital and analog working of electronic circuitry for numerous applications.

Electronics Engineering, also referred to as electronic engineering, is an engineering discipline where non-linear and active electrical components such as electron tubes, and semiconductor devices, especially transistors, diodes, and integrated circuits, are utilized to design electronic circuits, devices, and systems, typically also including passive electrical components and based on printed circuit boards. The duration of a Master of Technology in Electronics Engineering is generally two years, but it may vary from institute to institute and maybe on a part-time basis by certain institutes. The Electronics course is job orienting in nature and opens a lot of scopes for them after its completion.
