M.Tech Polymer Nanotechnology or Master of Technology in Polymer Nanotechnology is a two-year Post-Graduate Polymer Engineering program. Nanotechnology is the engineering of functional systems at the molecular scale. The Polymer Nanotechnology program focuses on the technologies involved in the miniaturization of electronic and optical devices. The main emphasis is on current microtechnologies including the design and fabrication of microelectronic circuits, Microsystems, and optoelectronics.

The Master of Technology program in Polymer Nanotechnology offers studies in basic materials and circuit theory, processing, functional devices, and characterization.
