M.Tech. Solid State Technology or Master of Technology in Solid State Technology is a postgraduate programme. Solid state physics is the study of solid matter. This area of physics is typically offered as part of a graduate degree program and covers topics such as crystal structures, nanostructures, wave diffraction and quantum phonons. Course involves the study of matter in its solid stage. Solid-state physics is closely related to biology, medicine, biochemistry and biotechnology. The duration of the course is two years and it opens many careers after its successful completion.
