M.Tech. Thermal System Design or Master of Technology in Thermal System Design is a post graduate Thermal Engineering course. Course focuses on the main lines of Thermal and Energetic Engineering: energy efficiency, renewable energy and environment preservation by means of the knowledge of classical energy technologies together with recent technologies in renewable energy, as well as energy efficiency and energy saving policies and means, environmental legislation and energy economy. An ideal cooling design achieves the desired junction temperatures, is compact in size, low in cost, adaptable enough to fit into system designs.
