Ph.D. Human Resources or Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources is a doctorate Human Resource Management course. The minimum duration of this program is two years and the maximum duration is five years.  The Course focuses on HR Information Systems, staffing strategies, professional development, cultural diversity, labour relations and legal issues, ensuring that graduates can handle any and every situation. Ph.D. Human Resources Eligibility

  • M.Phil. Degree and a Post-Graduate degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC / ST / PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a University or a recognized institution of higher training;
    or
    Masters Degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% (50% for SC / ST / PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a university or a recognized institution of higher learning and five years of teaching / industry / administration / professional experience at senior level.
