Social Science is a discipline which comprises academic disciplines concerned with the study of the social life of human groups and individuals. Social Sciences includes a variety of disciplines like - anthropology, communication studies, economics, human geography, history, political science, psychology and sociology. Study of Social Sciences is important for a proper understanding of social reality. It is an inter-disciplinary approach to the study of social sciences. Basic Requirements

Candidates who have studied Child Development in Home Science or Sociology or Psychology at +2 level are eligible to apply. Students with a Science background can also apply.
Post graduate admission process to all the programmes takes place through a Competitive Admissions Examination.
