DA IICT Entrance Exam 2023 Eligibility

Educational Qualification

For M.Sc (IT)

• Aspiring candidates should have passed a bachelor’s degree in any stream with 60% marks or its equivalent as per the norms set by the university.

Note: Applicants appearing in their final Degree exam may also apply provisionally.

For M.Des (CD)

• Aspiring candidates should have passed a bachelor’s degree with 55% marks or its equivalent in areas of design, science, engineering, technology, humanities, social sciences, fine arts, applied arts, and performing arts. Or
• Students should have Diplomas from nationally recognized institutions such as NID, NIFT, CEPT, and Srishti School of Art and Design.

For Ph.D.

• Aspiring candidates should have passed M.Tech, M.E, M.C.A, M.Sc, M.Phil, B.Tech, B.E or equivalent degree in ICT, CS, EC, IT, EE, IN, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Bioinformatics, Electronics or other appropriate disciplines with 60% marks or its equivalent in the qualifying degree. Or
• Aspiring candidates should have cleared M.Sc, M.Tech, M.Phil, B.Tech, B.E or equivalent degree in Engineering Physics, Computational Science, Computer Science, Scientific Computing, Physics, Mathematics, Electronics, Bioinformatics with 60% marks or its equivalent. Or
• Aspiring candidates should have M.A, M.Com, M.B.A, M.Phil, or its equivalent degree with 55% marks or equivalent.

Note: Candidates with M.Phil degrees will be preferred more.
