For appearing in these Engineering Entrance Exams, aspiring candidates should be a pass in the 12th standard or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Computer Science.
Candidates wishing to appear in Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology Entrance Exam should be born on or after 01 October 1988 for admission in 2012.
DA-IICT Admission Process
The candidates have to appear in AIEEEbeing conducted by CBSE in April of the respective year and submit a separate application to DA-IICT in the prescribed application form. Short-listed candidates will be called for counseling at DA-IICT and selection for admission will be based on the All India rank of AIEEE.
However a limited number of seats will be offered through a separate channel called Direct Admission of Foreign and NRI students (DAFS) to Non-Resident Indians, foreign nationals and persons of Indian origin.

Important: DA-IICT offers merit and merit-cum-means scholarships for B.Tech students. In each category up to five students are awarded scholarships equivalent to full tuition fees

Selection process for the above given PG courses is as follows:

How to apply for the PG programmes run by DA-IICT?
A candidate can submit an application either online (preferably) or offline. The application fee is Rs.1000 (online) and Rs.1050 if a candidate downloads the form and sends the hard-copy. In both cases, the draft needs to be sent by courier/registered post
Important: Candidates admitted to M.Tech would be eligible to get Teaching Assistantship of Rs.7,500 per month. Candidates admitted to Ph.D program will be eligible for a stipend varying from Rs.12,000 to Rs.25,000 per month.
