FMGE Screening Test 2015 - National Board of Examination's Foreign Medical Graduate Screening Exam acronym as FMGE is conducted by NBE. This test is compulsory to be qualified by an Indian citizen possessing a primary medical qualification awarded by any medical institution outside India who is desirous of getting provisional or permanent registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. The eligibility of the candidate shall be governed by the Screening Test Regulations, Eligibility Certificate Regulations, judgement(s) of Hon'ble Supreme Court/ High Court issued from time to time.

FMGE Screening Test Syllabus
FMGE Screening Test will consist of questions from the relevant subjects studied at the qualifying level exam.
FMGE Screening Test Pattern
The test is conducted in English Language.
The exam consists of one paper.
There will be 300 multiple-choice questions (MCQ) of single response type in the paper.
There is NO negative marking.
Applicant is considered qualified only if he/he scores a minimum of 50% marks in the FMGE 2013 March examination.
Results will be declared in the official National Board of Examinations website.
Only after qualifying this test, candidates can apply to the Medical Council of India (MCI) for provisional registration or permanent registration.
There are no restrictions on the number of attempts that can be availed by an applicant.
FMGE Screeing Test will be conducted in English Language. It will consists of single paper having 300 multiple-choice questions (MCQ) of single response type in the paper.

How to apply for FMGE Screening Test?
Candidate can download Information Bulletin cum Application Form downloaded from the website www.natboard.edu.in OR Obtaine on cash payment of Rs.750 from selected branches of Indian Bank . Examination Fee can be paid through cash deposit along with prescribed challan/pay in slip (Download from website) at all branches of Indian Bank & Axis Bank. Duly completed application form along with examination fee receipt can be submitted to the office of NBE on or before the last date.
