IMU CET 2024 - Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test acronym as IMU-CET is conducted by the Indian Maritime University (IMU) for admission to its UG and PG programs at its affiliated Institutes.

Educational Qualification

For DNS course (leading to B.Sc Nautical Science - 3 years) (At Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Cochin, Kandla)

Aspiring candidates should have passed +2 class with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with 60% marks and 50% marks in English subject.

For B.Sc Nautical Science (3 years) (At Mumbai, Chennai)

Aspiring candidates should have passed +2 class with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with 60% marks and 50% marks in English subject.

For B.Sc Maritime Science (3 years) (At Mumbai)

Aspiring candidates should have passed +2 class with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with 60% marks and 50% marks in English subject.

For B.Sc Ship Building and Repair (3 years) (At Cochin)

Aspiring candidates should have passed +2 class with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with 55% marks and 50% marks in English subject.

For B.Tech Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering (4 years) (At) Vishakhapatnam

Aspiring candidates should have passed +2 class with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with 60% marks and 50% marks in English subject.

IMU-CET 2024 Pattern  

IMU CET is Computer-based or online and questions will be of multiple choice type.

There are 200 MCQs for undergraduate CET, 120 MCQs for each MBA-CET and M.Tech-CET

Note: All the instructions and questions in the common entrance test are only in the English medium.

 

IMU-CET 2024 Dates

Indian Maritime University Combined Entrance Test is normally held in the month of June.
