IPU CET 2023 - Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test acronym IPU CET is conducted by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for admissions to various UG Engineering courses in the university and some other participating institutes given at the end.

IPU CET 2022 was held on-

18th June – 19th June 2022 (UG and B.Ed)
23rd June - 25th June 2022 (PG and Ph.D.)

IPU CET 2023 Eligibility

Educational Qualification

Aspiring candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board in the country.
They must have passed individually in each subject and obtained a minimum of 55% in aggregate in Maths, Physics & Chemistry.
Candidates must have passed the subject of English.

Note: Candidates appearing for the Class XII exam are also eligible provided they meet the criteria when they attend the counseling.

IPU CET 2023 Syllabus

IPU CET consists of questions from the following given subjects/topics.

Chemistry

Mathematics

Physics

as per the current NCERT/CBSE syllabus.

IPU CET 2023 Pattern

The IPU CET will consist of a total of 150 questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Maths with equal weight age for all three subjects to be completed in 2.5 hours time.
Each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks.
Each wrong answer will get 1 mark.
The IPU CET will be conducted in English.

IPU CET is normally held in the month of May.

How to apply for IPU CET 2023?

Candidates are supposed to apply in the prescribed Application Format available online.
Candidates are advised to read the Instructions for filling up the online Application Form and the respective Information Booklets carefully before filling out the Online Application form.
After filling out the IPU CET Application Form, they will have to print it and keep it for future use.
Candidates are not required to send any hard copies to the university.

IPU CET 2023 Fees

IPU CET application fees will be Rs. 1200/- for each program.
