Candidates should be a bona fide registered students of a government-recognized school/college in India as given below:

For NEST-I: The 1st and 2nd year Degree students of Engineering / MBBS / BAMS/ BHMS / BUMS / BDS / 12th (Science), BCA and BSC (all)/Diploma Engg (only Final Year). |
For NEST-II: The 3rd and 4th year Degree students of Engineering / MBBS / BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / BDS / BCA and BSc (only Computer and IT). |
NEST Exam consists of questions from the subjects given below:
The questions will be of the level of +2 basically from the contents of CBSE, ICSE, and other State Boards.
NEST will be a multiple choice objective type paper consisting of 200 marks to be completed in 2 Hr. time.
