WBPGMAT 2024 Eligibility

Educational Qualification

• Aspiring candidates must have obtained the M.B.B.S degree from any university of West Bengal to be eligible to apply for admission to the 'Open seats' of Post Graduate Medical Degree and Diploma courses provided they have completed or are scheduled to complete their rotating internship for one year on or before 31st March 2021.
• Candidates, who are presently pursuing a 12-month compulsory rotating internship after passing MBBS, can appear WBPGMAT-2021, but she/he shall not be eligible for admission unless completed the 12-month compulsory rotating internship by 31st March 2021.

WBPGMAT 2024 Syllabus 

WBPGMAT consists of questions from subjects/knowledge areas as per the Graduate Medical Education Regulations issued by the Medical Council of India with prior approval of the Government of India. Kindly refer to the MCI website www.mciindia.org for the complete document.

WBPGMAT 2024 Pattern

• WBPGMAT will consist of 200 objectives multiple-choice types of questions of 4 marks each to be completed in 160 minutes time.
• Questions will be in English Language only.
• There will be a deduction of 1 mark for every incorrect answer.
• No marks will be awarded for multiple answers and multiple answers responses will be treated as an incorrect answer.
• No marks will be deducted for questions not attempted.

• The application fee for appearing in WBPGMAT is Rs. 3000/-.
