ACE Engineering College was incepted in the year 1995 by Yadala Satyanarayana Memorial Society  Educational Society. It was established in the fond memory of Late. Sri. Yadala Satyanarayana, beloved brother of Sri. Yadala Gopala Krishna Murthy, Secretary of ACE Engineering College. The College has been set up with the able guidance of renowned members and efficient faculty to impart coaching for the Engineering Graduates for GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) for admissions in ME/M.Tech/MS in IISc Bangalore and various IITs/NITs and various universities and job oriented engineering competitive exams like JTO UPSC (Engineering Services), Public Service Commission, Electricity Boards and other Competitive Examinations.  

Location  -  It is about 16 kms from Uppal, Hyderabad city and is connected by well built B.T. Roads with RTC and College bus facilities.

Facilities

Teaching Learning Methodology - The students here simulate or adapt themselves to either Visual / Auditory learning style or Kinaesthetic (hands-on experience) learning style or have a more even mixture of two or less commonly three styles. When once they know their preferred learning styles, they understand the type of learning that best suits them. This enables them to choose the types of learning that work best for them.

Hostels - Well maintained private Hostels are available in Ghatkesar town at very affordable cost of living. Transport facility is available to the students from the Hostel to College site.

Library - The College Library is Functioning under the Open Access System  and is having a Total collection of 17,844 volumes of books with 2313 titles covering all the branches of Engineering, Science and Humanities and general fields. 30 International and 69 National journals are being subscribed in the Library. Database of the Library Software is well furnished and computerized using NewGenLib Software. The College Library has separate E-Library Computer Cell for accessing the online Journals and Internet. The Digital Library consists of 10 computer terminals with online archives of Useful books and tutorials and online Journals. A separate rack is provided to keep the CD’S/DVD’S of the books and magazines. The Digital Library is provided with 1MBPS Internet Facility.

Computer Centre - There are Four Computer Centres in the College.

Laboratories

These are:

• ECE Department Labs - These include VHDL Lab, EDC Lab, ECA & IC/PDC Lab, AC/DC Communication Lab, Microprocessor & ECAD Lab.

• EEE Department Labs - These include Electrical Machines Lab, Electrical Circuits and Simulation Lab and Control Systems & Power Electronics Lab.

• Civil Department Labs - These include Mechanical Workshop and Fluid Mechanics & Hydraulic Lab.

• English Communication Skills Lab - These labs train the students in Language Skills, Soft Skills, Inter Personal Skills, Decision Making, Business Communication, Pre-Placement Training, Corporate Readiness, GRE etc. The main aim of ELCS / AECS labs is to improve Communication Skills in formal and informal situations. It is also to impart training to students through the syllabus in its theoretical aspects and practical components. The Lab has Advanced Remote Monitoring facility, which enables the teacher to monitor all the students through a master console. The Lab is equipped with 34 Advanced Pentium Systems which also have high quality audio & video capabilities. Software Packages include Globarena and K-Van Solutions.

Sports - The College has provided necessary facilities for games & sports for Boys and girls. A qualified and well trained Physical Director has been appointed to conduct classes and train the students in all games and sports. The College had launched a wide variety of sports and games activities to students to inculcate competitive spirit among the students. It provides various facilities for Athletics, Badminton, Basket Ball, Chess, Caroms, Cricket, Foot Ball, Table Tennis, Throw Ball, Tennis and Volleyball.

Facilities:

• Separate indoor and out door games and sport’s arenas for boys & Girls.
• A mini outdoor Stadium for different activities.
• An Athletic Track for Track & Field Events.
• College teams are participating in inter collegiate and inter-university tournaments.

Auditorium - The College Auditorium can accommodate 300+ . A new separate A/C auditorium with advanced multimedia support is being built. Also, a separate building is planned exclusively for conducting International events.

eMate - eMate is a unique feature that serves all engineering students world wide with ACE Engineering College as its base. eMate provides a new kind of e-Learning environment to students and also to staff, with a collection over hundreds of collected e-Lectures from selective Professors of triumphant universities/institutions in India. The College is planning to add video lectures to all engineering subjects. It also opens the opportunity to serve students by promoting their known video links either for existing subject (improved video) or for new subject.

Generator - College has well equipped 125 KVA Generator that can support 24 hours uninterrupted power supply. Generator facility is given to each and every corner of the college, which includes laboratories, class rooms, library, exam section and admin section, etc.
     
Water Plant - A Reverse Osmosis Process-based mineral Water Plant is established in college, which can supply 500 Ltrs/Hr pure and safe drinking water. In addition to this water coolers are also provided to the students.

TPC  - Training & Placement Cell helps and advices those students who are unsure of which field they want to work in. Following which they will be given guidance towards researching and gaining a right Placement. The Placement office is responsible for sending students data to various companies, and bringing them for Placements. In other hand, TPC also selects eligible students and send them out for off-campus programmes being conducted by either company or other reputed colleges. JKC@ACEEC - ACE Engineering College is one among the JKC [Jawagar Knowledge Center] registered college in AP. We registered with JKC from our inception year 2007. JKC is being managed by Placement cell. Under JKC we organize lot of training programmes for our student’s future Placements in association with JNTUH.

Through JKC our College has tie-ups with:

The College has various students clubs from JKC. To name few,
