About Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies - RGUKT Nuzvid

Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) also known as Andhra Pradesh - International Institute of Information Technology. It was created by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. It has three branch campuses which are located at Basar, Nuzvid, and R K Valley (Idupulapai - Kadapa), which is known as Rajiv Knowledge Valley. In March of 2008, the Andhra Pradesh Government created Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies by an act of the Legislature as a full-fledged university. The University would initially admit roughly the top 1% of the rural students into the three residential campuses, as it is specially catering the needs of rural talent.

Library Facilities - The University has good and well equipped Library for students. Library has a good collection, text books, additional reading books, reference books, newspapers, magazines and periodicals, e-Books, e-Journals and e-Content etc.

Anti-ragging Facilities - The University has well set up cell and rules against it. There is also an anti ragging monitoring committee in RGU IIIT, Nuzvid.s

Sports Facilities - The University provides facilities for both indoor and outdoor games.

Health Facilities - The University provides the students and staff all the necessary medical facilities.
