Mahatma Gandhi Mission Institute of Health Sciences (MGMIHS), Mumbai Invites Applications for Admission into MD/MS Programs

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Surgery (MS) programs in various specializations for 2014-15.

Eligibility Conditions

• A candidate should have passed final MBBS examination from a recognized Medical College or any foreign medical degree, recognized from Medical Council of India and have obtained permanent registration certificate from Medical Council of India or any of the State Medical Council after completing one year compulsory rotator internship shall be eligible to appear in MGM PGCET-2014 of MGMIHS.
  
  
• The candidates who are likely to complete their internship on or before 31^st Mar, 2014 are also eligible to appear in MGM PGCET-2014 provided they should submit documentary proof from their principals / Dean of the college regarding the likely date of completion of internship.

• The information brochure and application form is also available online.
  
  
• The application/examination fee for MGM PGCET-2014 is Rs.5500. Additional late fee of Rs.1000 only will be applicable after due date.
  
  
• After submission of form bank challan will be displayed in two parts. Candidate should take printout of bank challan. With this challan candidates need to pay the required fee in any branch of State Bank of India.

Selection Procedure

• Selection will be based on candidates performance in MGM Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (MGM PGCET 2014) conducted by the institute.

• Date of MGM PGCET 2014: 19^th Jan, 2014 (Sunday)
• Declaration of result: 11^th Feb, 2014 (Tuesday)
• Declaration of final merit list: 25^th Feb, 2014 (Tuesday)
