UPSC Engineering Service Examination 2014 notification for medical examination released

UPSC has released the notification for medical examination of the candidates selected for Engineering services examination 2014 on the basis of written examination and interview.

The written exam was conducted on June 20, 2014 and the result was declared on December 7, 2014.

The candidates are now required to present themselves for medical examination before the Medical Board.

Candidates must bring the following documents:

• 3 passport size photographs (with Name, Roll No. and Discipline on the reverse)
• Spectacles prescribed, if any, and the prescription slip indicating the power of glasses
• Any Government issued document with photograph thereon as proof of identity
• Candidates will be required to deposit the prescribed medical examination fees with the said hospital.

The exam was conducted to fill approximately 582 posts including 24 PH (physically handicapped) candidates in the following discipline:

• Civil Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering
