UPSEE 2024 - Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination also known as UPSEE is conducted for admitting candidates in the following given Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses in Govt. Aided and private unaided institutions affiliated to Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow and Mahamaya Technical University, Noida along with some of the other State Universities of Uttar Pradesh. Nearly 1.80 lakh seats in all courses including B.Tech, B.Pharma, Hotel Management, Fashion Designing and others will be filled through this exam. The main courses are:

Aspiring candidates should possess the following given qualification for different courses he is indented to take admission in
For getting admission to the first year of Engineering (B.Tech)/ B.Tech (Ag. Engg.)/ BHMCT / BFAD
Imp: The candidate is essentially required to pass in each subject of the subject groups mentioned in the information Brochure UPSEE - 2024 without grace marks.
For admission to the first year of B.Arch
Imp: A candidate possessing a three-year Diploma in Architecture (10+3) recognized by the Central/ State Government, securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate is also eligible for admission to the first year of B.Arch only. The candidates will have to appear in the Entrance Examination UPSEE-2021 for admission to the first year of B.Arch (paper - 4) as mentioned above.
For admission to the first year of the MBA course
For admission to the first year of MCA
For admission to the second year (lateral entry) of B.Tech.
For admission to the second year (lateral entry) of B.Pharm.
Note: The candidates appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to appear in the State Entrance Examination subject to the condition that they must fulfil the eligibility criteria at the time of counselling.

Modern Algebra: Idempotent law, identities, complementary laws, Demorgan’s theorem, mapping, inverse relation, equivalence relation, Piano’s Axiom, the definition of rational numbers and integers through equivalence relation. |
Algebra: Surds, the solution of simultaneous and quadratic equations, arithmetic, geometric and harmonic progression, Binomial theorem for any index, logarithms, exponential and logarithmic series, and determinants. | Probability: Definition, Dependent and independent events, numerical problems on addition and multiplication of probability, theorems of probability. |

Trigonometry: Simple identities, trigonometric equations, properties of triangles, use of mathematical tables, the solution of triangles, height and distance, inverse functions, DeMoiver’s theorem. |
Co-Ordinate Geometry: Co-ordinate geometry of the straight lines, the pair of straight lines, circle, parabola, ellipse and hyperbola and their properties. | Calculus: Differentiation of function of functions, tangents and normals, simple examples of maxima of minima, limits of function, integration of function (by parts, by substitution and by the partial fraction), definite integral (application to volumes and surfaces of frustums of a sphere, cone and cylinder). |

Vectors: The Position vector, addition and subtraction of vectors, scalar and vector products and their basic applications. |
Dynamics: Velocity, the composition of velocity, relative velocity, acceleration, the composition of acceleration, motion under gravity, projectiles, laws of motion, principles of conservation of momentum and energy, the direct impact of smooth bodies, pulleys. | Statics: The composition of co-planar, concurrent and parallel forces, moments and couples, resultant of a set of coplanar forces and conditions of equilibrium, determination of Centroides in a simple case, and problems involving friction. |

How to apply for UPSEE 2024?
To apply for UPSEE the candidate can follow any of the two i.e., ONLINE or OFFLINE procedure
Cost of Brochure and OMR Application Form / Online Application inclusive of Exam Fee: Rs. 1300/- for General / OBC Candidates & Rs. 650/- for SC / ST and Female candidates of all categories.
