GATE 2014 result declared

Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur announced the results for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. GATE scores  will enable the candidates for admissions to post-graduate programs  i.e  M.E., M.Tech, direct Ph.D. in Indian institutes of higher education with financial assistance provided by MHRD and other Government agencies.

GATE score is also used by many Public Sector Undertakings for employment screening purposes.

The total of 10,33,625 candidates registered for GATE 2014 and 8,89,156 candidates (86.02%) have appeared for the exam.

 It was first the time that 3 hour GATE 2014 examination was held through computer based ONLINE mode for all the 22 papers.

On the basis of qualified marks, ,49,694 (16.84%) candidates will be receiving the scorecards in GATE 2014. Candidate can check their result through the link mentioned above. To know your result Click here.
