Doctor of Philosophy in Hindi or  Ph.D. (Hindi) is a doctorate programe.  There is no time burden for the completion of the doctorate degree in Hindi. Hindi is the study of literature, linguistics and philosophy of the Hindi language. The students under this degree are required to prepare a detailed thesis on any of the topics within the Hindi language. • M.Phil Degree and a Post-Graduate degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a University or a recognised institution of higher training;

  Masters Degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% (50% for SC/ST/PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a university or a recognised institution of higher learning and five years of teaching/industry/ administration/ professional experience at senior level.
