IIFT Exam 2017 result expected soon

IIFT 2017 was conducted for admission to Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) located in Delhi, Kolkata, and Kakinada.

The exam was based on the following pattern:

• Section 1 (General awareness)
• Section 2 (Verbal ability)
• Section 3 (Reading comprehension)
• Section 4 (Logical reasoning)
• Section 5 (Quantitative ability)
• Section 6 (Data interpretation)

The total number of questions that appeared in IIFT this year was 114 as compared to 123 last year.

The cut-offs last year for the general category were as below

• Overall: 48.5   
• VA/RC: 9.67 
• LR & DI: 8
• QT: 4.01  
• GA: 1.99

Sectional cut-off:

This year, the sectional cut-offs are expected to be as below

• VA: 2-3  
• RC: 3-4       
• LR: 4-5       
• DI: 2-3       
• QA: 3-4   
• GA: 0.75-1.5

The overall cut-offs too are bound to move south to be around 40 +- 2 marks.
