CBSE Board result 2016 declared! Girls outshine Boys once

The CBSE Class 12 board results have been declared on May 21. All those candidates who have appeared for the exam can visit the official website of CBSE i.e cbseresults.nic.in and check their results by following the instructions given there.

Sukriti Gupta secured the first rank with 497 marks out of a total of 500, followed by Palak Goyal with 496 marks and Somya Uppal with 495 marks, at second and third position, respectively. There by making girls outshine boys again.

In total, 10,65,17,9 candidates were registered for Class 12 examination this year. Pass percentage of 2016 results remains 83.05% whereas it was 82%.

Pass percentage of girls is 88.58% , and of boys is 78.85%.
