Cummins India Foundation invites applications for scholarship program for 2018

Cummins India Foundation has invited application for award of scholarship to meritorious students from financially and socially disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue professional degree and diploma courses.

Eligibility Conditions

Educational Qualification
Aspiring students must be pursuing professional degree/diploma in Engineering at an educational institute recognized by the University Grants Commission / Central / State Government OR
Have attained minimum 60% in their senior secondary exam or higher secondary exam and have been admitted for further studies in the above specified course.

The candidate must have obtained minimum 60 % in the previous exams of the course they are studying in.

Note: Preference will be given to 1st / 2nd year degree and diploma students.

Imp: Students appearing for the last year of Engineering degree / diploma and the post graduate students are not eligible for this Scholarship.

Age Limits
The maximum age limit for the candidate is 25 years.

Other Eligibility Conditions

The total family income of the candidate should not exceed INR.3 lakhs per annum.
This scholarship program can be availed by Students currently residing / studying in and around Pune, Jamshedpur, Nagar, Phaltan and Indore (Dewas / Pithampur) ONLY.

Aspiring candidates can visit the official website i.e www.cumminsindia.com and follow the instructions given there to apply for the same.

Incomplete online applications shall not be considered.

Selection Process and Timeline
Application forms will be scrutinized and the 1st round of eligible candidates will be called for an Aptitude Test in September 2018.

The candidates selected after the Aptitude Test shall be invited for a round of personal interview in the month of October 2018.

The final list of selected candidates will be announced in November 2018.
