MAD School

Mad school is one of the prominent design test preparatory centre for Design and Architecture in Chennai and Hyderabad. We are known for our 10 years of experience in the design teaching field. We attract the best minds in the country with our delivery mechanisms, both the faculty and design aspirants. We shape them with all the knowledge we have gathered all these years, also, we input our students keeping in mind “what we teach becomes tomorrows design future”. The MAD school was founded in the year 2010 by a couple of designers themselves in order to change the evolution of teaching. We started off with 15 students and 2 faculties, with time, growth became constant and students graduated Mad school with good results and seeing themselves getting into the top colleges in India. We provide end to end services, design counseling and the training for all the design courses.

Courses offered:

We offer long-term, short-term and crash courses for all the design entrance exams like NATA, NIFT, NID, CEED, UCEED, B Design, B FA, B Arch, etc. The institute is made live with classroom teaching and activities to yield better results.

Long-term course: This is a one year course offered to give students more time for learning the design process, fundamentals, and principles. Aspirants will to shape them at a decent pace are all eligible for this course, the aspirants include 9th, 10th. 11th and 12th-grade students.

Short-term course: This course is offered for students who join us for quick preparation. In this, the students are taught all the topics needed, along with mock tests and doubt clearing session. The course would commence for 2- 3 months with daily classes.

Portfolio preparation: This is a 30-day workshop conducted to help students prepare an impressive array of designs that captivate the audience visual sense. A hands-on approach runs a long way. The preparation covers the criteria and demands of both Indian and international design institutes.

Nift Situation Test: Once a candidate clears NIFT exam, the second round includes a situation test conducted to test the creativity ability, visualization skills, presentation skills, and the aesthetic sense.

NID Studio Test: We conduct a 15 days’ workshop to help students prepare for the 2nd round of NID exam. Hands on experience on different materials and design, enhancement of sensitivity, audio, and visual sense will be done.

Our classroom is lit with refined but eliminating the traditional teaching methods. Our classrooms are arranged in a way that strikes your imagination and creative skills effectively. We believe space manifests creativity and our classrooms wide-open and spacious.

Every student is treated with individual attention. We make sure faculty and the students are on the right page whenever a topic is taught. Our main interest is on helping students improve their skillsets that will be helpful at the time of the design entrance exam.

Mad school is located in the busy streets of Anna Nagar, Chennai. The landmark will include SBOA School in Anna Nagar. We have all the required amenities in the walking distance from the institute.
