M.A. German or Master of Arts in German is a postgraduate German language course. German is a West Germanic language related to and classified alongside English and Dutch. This language course covers the areas regarding German literature: society, poetry, prose, drama, novels, grammar, etc. The duration of M.A. in German is mostly of two academic years but it may vary from institute to institute. The German course is divided into four semesters.
