M.Pharm Pharmacognosy or Master of Pharmacy in Pharmacognosy is a postgraduate Pharmacy course. Pharmacognosy is the study of medicines derived from natural sources. More clearly, it is the study of the interactions that occur between a living organism and chemicals that affect normal or abnormal biochemical function. If substances have medicinal properties, they are considered pharmaceuticals. The syllabus for the course is divided into four semesters. The duration of the Master of Pharmacy in Pharmacognosy is two years and the course is very valuable and important in nature which opens a lot of career scopes after the completion of it.
